GRAVIKO
Patented gravimetric dosing and mixing system from KOCH-TECHNIK.

Prof. Dr. h.c. Werner Koch with the GRAVIKO has developed a system that allows the user to simplify the gravimetric dosing of material.

With the GRAVIKO series, you can easily dose and weigh, check, correct and evaluate – in a single work step.

The control system detects external interferences and compensates for them during weighing. Incorrect dosing is therefore a thing of the past.

A GRAVIKO GK can be dismantled without tools within two minutes.

For easy material changeover, the sliding device is replaced by a swivel device for large dosing stations.

 

Gravimetric dosing process with the patented GRAVIKO:

  • The individual material components, such as virgin material, masterbatch and additives, are dosed into the weighing hopper
  • The ACTUAL weight is registered …
  • … and compared with the TARGET.
  • As soon as the target weight is reached, the material is emptied into the mixer and mixed homogeneously for processing.

The KOCH modular system: everything fits together, each device can be supplemented with a different module. The simple handling is also fascinating: the conveyor hoods are hinged, material conveyors can be swivelled and sliding and swivelling devices facilitate material changes – without much effort and all without tools.
