Compact conveyors feature a very compact design. The vacuum generator requires only 230V for suction and is integrated directly into the device cover. Whether the processing machine is fed with raw material, regrind, or loose powder, our compact conveyors guarantee dust-free material transport.
Our compact conveyors are therefore the ideal solution for supplying material to processing machines from containers or dryers.

Micro conveyor for grains or regrind
The strength of the MIKO lies in the smallest material throughputs.
In combination with the intermediate hopper Z 1, a maximum of 5 kg/h can be conveyed. If the MIKO is mounted on an intermediate hopper Z 2 via a flange plate, throughputs of up to 15 kg/h are possible.

The MIKO with the Z 2 intermediate hopper is ideal for material throughputs of up to 15 kg/h.
You can set the conveying and cleaning times in the control unit – which is integrated in the appliance – and activate a fault message in the event of a material shortage.

Compact conveyor unit for a throughput of up to 50 kg/h
This inexpensive conveying device is suitable for island solutions without a compressed air connection and for transporting less dusty granulates. The aspirated material/air mixture is separated by a movable filter cloth, which retains small particles down to 200 µm (i.e. 0.2 mm) and cleans itself after each conveying process.

The conveyor unit has a completely removable conveyor hood and can be swivelled sideways on any cast aluminum hopper.
The control unit is integrated into the device. Here you can set the conveying times and activate an automatic message in the event of a material shortage.

Type 612D – Compact conveyor with rotary paddle cleaning for a material throughput of up to 60 kg/h.
The suction vacuum is generated by a powerful collector blower in the conveyor hood. The hood with blower can be opened for maintenance and a device can be swung out to the side even on the cast aluminum intermediate hoppers – without disassembly or the use of tools.
You can set the conveying and cleaning times as well as a fault message in the event of a material shortage in the integrated control system.
Whether you are conveying virgin material, regrind or powder – our compact conveyors guarantee dust-free operation.
The aspirated material/air mixture is separated by a polyester fleece filter and the air is cleaned. The filter retains all particles larger than 2 µm. For comparison: a human hair has a thickness of approximately 50 µm, i.e. 0.05 mm.
After each conveying cycle, the filter cartridge is blown out by a rotary blade and cleaned of dust.

Type TM6D – compact conveyor for two materials and a throughput of up to 60 kg/h.
The TM6D compact conveyor is identical in design to the type 612D, but has two material inlets. This allows you to feed your processing machine with two different types of material. Each material is conveyed alternately via a mixing gate and mixed well in the device.
In addition to new material, you can also process ground sprues from an adjacent mill or drum.

Individual conveyors are used to transport large quantities of material over longer distances. These conveyors have a separate vacuum blower powered by 400V. High efficiency, low maintenance, and long service life are just some of the advantages of transporting materials using these conveyors.

Supply of two demand points with one vacuum generator
The DUO conveyor unit consists of 2 conveyor separators with rotary paddle cleaning, 2 material hoppers, 2 suction lances, antistatic hose and a frame to hold the vacuum generator and the control unit.
You can choose between four different complete packages to cover material conveying from 120 kg/h up to 340 kg/h. All components are matched to the corresponding material throughputs. The simple touch panel control is integrated.

The GLASKO as compact conveyor 612DG
GLASKO – Material supplier made of special glass
GBM-protected device made of special glass for transporting glass fiber-reinforced materials.
Glass fiber reinforced plastics are abrasive and therefore place the highest demands on the conveyor peripherals. The exceptional hardness of the material often limits the service life of the conveyor equipment to just a few months. We have an inexpensive and effective solution to this problem: the GLASKO material conveyor. The material container is made entirely of 6 mm thick special glass, right up to the discharge flap.
When transporting extremely hard material, the operating time is increased a hundredfold compared to conventional conveyors!

Our special glass has proven itself in the transport of abrasive, fiber-reinforced granulate. As abrasion of the glass impact surface can be ruled out for years to come, we grant a 3-year guarantee on the glass body of the GLASKO if it is damaged by conveyed goods.

Type A2 is a separator for the smallest material throughputs. Together with an intermediate hopper Z1, you can convey 5 kg of material per hour. Especially when processing dried but hygroscopic material, there is a clear advantage here: a short dwell time in the hopper prevents loss of quality due to moisture.

Material separator type A8
The type A8 is a material separator for regrind and granular pellets, with which you can convey up to 150 kg/h. This conveying separator is reliable, maintenance-free and durable.

Material separator A20
You can easily use the A20 / A30 conveyor separators to transport 300 kg/h or 400 kg/h of granulate. The robust separators are ideal if you need to transport large quantities of material.

Material separator type A8
TM: Conveying two different materials, e.g. virgin material and regrind, alternately
TM conveyor separators have two material inlets and a mixing diverter. This gives you the option of reprocessing regrind directly and not allowing the proportion of regrind fed in to become too high. An integrated control system allows you to set the conveying time, changeover and percentage for both material components.
