Cooling conveying system with helical fans
RozwińZwiń- The combination of a mesh conveyor belt and the airflow generated by the installed electric fans provides ideal conditions for cooling the product during transport.
- The tunnel in which the electric fans are installed is made of polycarbonate with an aluminum support frame
- Conveyor speed control is the third important element that complements and improves this combination. The MB control panel is typically used for this function.

Cooling system with radial fans
RozwińZwiń- The photo above shows a CPT conveyor made of PA 180 aluminum profile and with a plastic belt
- The special shape of the internal structure creates a constant air flow and a pressure head that hits the product as it moves along the conveyor
- Note the polycarbonate tunnel installed to protect the transported product

Water-cooled conveying system
RozwińZwiń- The photo above shows a system in which the cooling element is water
- The transported product is immersed in water along the entire length of the tank from the upper PA conveyor
- At the end of the journey, the product is collected by the upper part of the CP conveyor and removed from the tank
