Contact Policy and General Rules
1. ELBI is a brand owned by ELBI WROCŁAW sp. z o.o., ul. Muchoborska 4A; 54-424, Wrocław; NIP: 8982047638; REGON: 932623515; entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court of Wrocław-Krzyki in Wrocław, KRS number: 0000192469, e-mail: elbi@elbi.com.pl
2. User – an entity that has expressed interest in the services provided by ELBI.
3. In order for persons authorized by ELBI to prepare an offer for the interested entity for the provision of services, we need to contact the User for a given Website/Application.
4. Therefore, in the application form, please provide your email address and the User’s voluntarily provided data, to which a message will be sent requesting further direct contact.
5. The email address and other contact details provided will be used solely for contact related to ELBI services.
6. Contact details are not and will never be made available to other persons or third parties.
7. ELBI will notify the User of its intention to change the Terms at least 7 days in advance, via a message sent to the User’s email address. Failure to object to the proposed changes constitutes acceptance. The User has the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect before the proposed effective date of the changes. If the User objects to the proposed changes but does not terminate the agreement, it expires on the day preceding the effective date of the proposed changes.
8. ELBI communicates with the User in Polish and English, via email and telephone.
9. By sending us their email address or other contact details, the User accepts all of the above and consents to ELBI representatives contacting the User.

- Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes specified in points. 2.
- Your personal data may only be disclosed to entities upon their legitimate request, in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if, in your opinion, the processing of your personal data by the Controller violates applicable personal data protection regulations.
